This is a “Not Just Essays” research and writing course. What if you knew the skills, not just to write an A+ essay, but convert it into standout blog articles, e-books, YouTube videos, or a whole online brand about something you’re passionate about? For millennia students were taught one single skill that applies to all communication media. It’s called Classical Rhetoric, and in this course, you’ll learn how to leverage these timeless techniques for not just better grades, but to make your voice heard.
WORLD LITERATURE (Ancient, Medieval, Modern)

What does mythology say about social media addiction, online dating, cultural and moral decline, artificial intelligence, and looming war? Mythology isn’t a hobby, it’s preparation for life. It’s words of peace that sing louder than the chaos around us. We will learn the timeless stories every free person should know, and see what they can teach us about living a virtuous and hope-filled life today.
CREATIVE WRITING 201

In Greek mythology, Parnassos is where the spirits of creativity live.
So where does creativity come from? You may never have asked this question, but it’s essential for turning talent into a career - or for keeping on working on days you don’t feel that “spark.” In this course, we learn the theory of creativity. We train the heart, the brain, and the habits, so as to turn your mind into a reliable instrument for expressing the stories you have inside you.

We journey together through an extensive curriculum of Classical techniques, mind-stretching exercises, and workflows and patterns that give creativity wings.

A unique group coaching experience: hone your creative writing skills through the power role-playing games!
(An RPG is a storytelling game where each player acts as a character in a story that unfolds in real time, depending on your choices. Players work together to solve puzzles and moral dilemmas designed by the “Game Master.”)
RPGs and written stories follow the same rules, so why not practice them together! After the game session, and a quick break, the coach will debrief and reveals the storytelling techniques he used during the game, and show how players can adapt these tools to their own creative writing (or, of course, to create their own RPGs with friends).
